Questo mese si concluderà con successo il progetto Eurasia Wings, finanziato dal Programma Gioventù in Azione dell’Unione Europea, che ha coinvolto giovani ed imprese europei ed asiatici interessati alle tematiche del consumo e dello sviluppo sostenibile.
it / Dopo una prima ricerca sulle buone pratiche di consumo sostenibile nelle imprese locali e regionali, giovani artisti e non – sono stati invitati a partecipare al concorso Eurasia Wings, quindi a produrre delle opere d’arte basandosi sull’Arte 3 R (Reduce, recycle, reuse) ovvero “riduzione, riciclo e riutilizzo” di tutti i materiali di riciclo possibili. Lo stesso lavoro lo hanno portato avanti anche gruppi di giovani della Francia, della Cina e del Vietnam. Le 8 opere artistiche realizzate sono state esposte presso l’Istituto Cervantes dal 29 maggio al 15 giugno 2012.
I vincitori del concorso Eurasia Wings (Viola Avvento, Marta Cid Fuentes Guerra, Francesco Di Liberto di Palermo and Claudia Capogreco e Giovanni Longo della Calabria), si sono incontrati a Shanghai (Cina) dal 23 al 30 ottobre 2012 con altri 15 artisti vietnamiti, cinesi e francesi giovani artisti vincitori del concorso nel proprio paese, ed hanno esposto la propria opera d’arte. Per una settimana i giovani partecipanti hanno convissuto nel quartiere artistico “M50 Art Space” e hanno creato insieme nuove opere in linea con l’arte 3 R. Infatti in gruppi eterogenei i giovani hanno raccolto diversi materiali di riciclo, per creare nuove opere d’arte e per comunicare l’importanza del riciclo, riuso e riduzione nelle nostre società.
en / This month we will conclude successfully the project Eurasia Wings, funded by the Youth in Action Programme of the European Union, which involved European and Asiatic young people and enterprises interested in the themes of sustainable consumption and development. After an initial research on good practices on sustainable consumption in the local and regional enterprises, young artists and not – have been invited to participate in the Eurasia Wings competition, in order to produce art pieces related to the 3R Art (Reduce, recycle, reuse), using recycled materials. The same work was carried out by groups of young people from France, China and Vietnam. The 8 artistic works have been exhibited at the Cervantes Institute from the 29th May to the 15th June 2012.
The winners of Eurasia Wings (Viola Avvento, Marta Cid Fuentes Guerra, Francesco Di Liberto from Palermo and Claudia Capogreco e Giovanni Longo from Calabria), met in Shanghai (China) last October other 15 young artists from Vietnam, China and France, winners in their own country. For a week the young participants have been living in the arts district “M50 Art Space”, crating together new art pieces related to the 3 R art. In fact, in heterogeneous groups young people have collected various recycled materials to create new works of art and to communicate the importance of recycling, reuse and reduction in our society.
