In Collapse a wooden rod, with driftwood ribs, is inserted into a place, shore up the wall. It is unclear whether the element sinks into the wall or it is the last fragile bulwark before complete collapse.

The artwork is part of a new series of works titled Seamless, where the cataloging of wooden material takes on a more evocative significance, through the oblivion of memory, as Borges stated. The result is installations that, although rooted in anatomical reminiscences, aim for structural interaction with the places, in a progressive adapting process of these delicate structures.
